Our Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint, we would ask you to telephone the practice and ask to speak to Divya Singh as soon as possible. She will do her best to resolve it for you. Any patient’s complaint will be acknowledged within three working days and a written response provided within ten working days.
We take utmost care when receiving complaints and will help in any way we can.

Understandably, sometimes our patients may need to cancel an appointment. We respectfully ask our patients to give as much notice as possible, with a minimum of 24hours notice, so the appointment can be offered to other patients.
If we do have enough notice and can successfully refill the appointment, a cancellation fee may not be charged. Our cancellation fee is dependent on length of appointment.
